Help me I'm stuck!! (and Drunk)

So here where I'm at it was snowing pretty hard on friday night. I work nights, love being out at night, and love the snow so I decided to cure my boredom by driving around on all the country roads by my house looking for idiots who don't know how to drive in the snow. (a.k.a. those who slide off the road) It was 4a in the mornin and after not finding anyone by this time i was about to call it quits because I had my fun playing.... I mean.... driving in the snow when I finally came across a car in the ditch. Turn out there was a woman in the car so I started to dig her out and hook up my tow straps to pull her out. I thought it strange her reply when I asked if she was ok.
Instead of her replying something like "Yes I'm fine thanks for helping" like any normal person would her first reply was "Help I'm stuck. I need help" So I was thinking, ok yea that's kind of obvious. Maybe that's why I stopped? But I held my tongue thinking maybe she just wasn't that intelligent of a woman.
As I started to dig her out I kept hearing her phone ring over her speakers in the car like she was calling someone. After about 5 tries she finnally got a hold of someone and all she kep saying was "I can't see you can you see me?" I was like what the hell are you talking about? We're in the middle of nowhere I'm pretty sure you'd see someone coming from about a mile away even in the heay snow, and surely she wasn't talking about me. Now I was a little suspicious she had been drinking. So a couple minutes later I got her pulled out and back on the road. I asked her before I left if she knew where she was and where she was going. (Which she didn't) I gave here directions and started back to my truck to put the tow straps back in my tool box and no sooner I turned around from doing that she had driven down the road only to once again DRIVE off the road about a hundred feet from where I just pulled her out!!! That confirmed it for me that my suspicions where right, SHE WAS DRUNK!!!
That's when I got kind of mad. I just pulled you out and then you can't even go a couple hundred feet before doing it again!?! She didn't even say thank you for helping her! I should have called the police and had them come arrest her for drunk driving before she killed someone or herself. I was so mad though I just said "You're own your own now. I'm not fuckin pulling you out again if your drunk"
There is absolutely no excuse for driving drunk and to make it worse when it's snowing like an inch and hour. YOu perfectly know when you have had too many and people like that kill thousands of innocent people every year because of their stupidity!! If you drink, be responsible and don't drive!! If I have had more than one beer I won't drive because i know I'm putting other people's lives and my own at risk. You very well know when you've had too many so there is absolutely no excuse!!
