alright, I'm in a bit of a bind here. I'd really like to get into book editing, and I'm having trouble actually finding a way to get into the business. I love reading, I'm an extremely quick reader, I've taken honors level English courses, and I'm very detail oriented. I can even notice mistakes in novels that have gone unnoticed for years in published novels by big name authors. I know there are a lot of people here, and I was hoping that at least one or two of you might have contacts that could help me out, especially if it's something that I could do from home, as I've been without work for a while and really don't have the means to travel. I don't have any work experience in the field, but I have done some work in with books in libraries, and would love to become an editor. Thank you in advance for any help or advice you guys can offer.
