What I do know is that this is futanari, but what I want to know is what you call it when you have a obviously friendly relationship like the one displayed above either close friends or siblings who have a relationship where a sexual act like the one displayed above isn't necessarily seen as out of the ordinary or in some cases sexual at all and often takes place during common activities like playing games, doing the dishes ect.
