I am holding a contest of who can draw the best picture of Glacia.

She is an African penguin. You can edit her a little if you like and if I like your idea better I will change it to that. Just look at an African penguin for a ref on their markings.
Just don't mess with her green hair tip.~
You can change the style a little just keep it short.
