TMI Tuesday. One Last Time
I promised myself I wouldn't do this anymore. But I'm feeling kind of lonely and more than a bit discouraged, so you have from not 'til whenever this drops off everyone's radar to ask questions if you like. Me, my characters, whatever. You know how it goes.

Query 1: Will you create a new male character to fill the niche Fiachra left open, so to speak?
1. That's a good questions, and one I've been considering for some time now. While I'm quite happy with Fiachra as she is now, I do sort of miss having a major male character to play around with, and I've been considering either creating a new one or bringing one of my other boys to the front. I'm awfully tempted to create a new rabbit buck just for the sake of it. As if I don't already have enough rabbit characters! On the flip side, I've been trying to move away from quite so much sex in my commissions. Unsuccessfully, to date, I admit. But, in the light of Fiachra's transformation into a doe, I've found myself much more interested in exploring other aspects of her life and her personality, and I'm half afraid that if I created a new boy to fill the niche Fiachra left it would sabotage that effort.
So... I don't know?
2. What's your favorite form of bondage sexually (Not necessarily what you like in person, but what kind appeals to you more on a sexual level)?
3. What's your favorite form aesthetically?
2: Now's when I wish I actually knew more about bondage, so I didn't sound so ignorant when I talked about it. To be honest, when it comes to the more sexual side of bondage, I tend to favor fairly light restraints. Just handcuffs or rope to secure the arms, and maybe the legs, and maybe a blindfold. Enough to be secure, but where there's still plenty of bare skin for teasing and caressing. Kind of bland, I suppose, but I just find it more fun that way than when you break out the major hardware.
3. Aesthetically, I've always loved things like shibari and the really intricate forms of rope or ribbon bondage. Poses similar to some of the art you've drawn and posted to your gallery here on occasion, my favorite being one of a character bound in ribbons and balancing a tea set on her back. Which I believe was yours, anyway. Bondage, in other words, that turns the body into art more than offering it up for sexual escapades. In spite of what the pictures in my gallery might suggest, I actually prefer this idea to the purely sexual forms of bondage.
If any of that makes sense, and doesn't sound too dim, of course.
Why? Well, I've always admired swift foxes, who are known for their intense curiosity and for the fact that they seem to be a little bit more family oriented than many species. At any rate, the male fox sticks around and helps raise the pups. Plus, from what I've read, the vixens seem to be the dominant sex, which is kind of a nice twist. And, well, they're cute!
I'm going to dig a little deeper on things, so I hope you don't mind! Feel free to smack me with anything nearby and tell me to shush if I get out of line.
1. What is your current living situation with your roommate, and how does it affect what you can and can't wear/do/say around them? Would it bother them that much if they knew you were transgender?
2. I know you quite like bondage, but I was wondering if there are any toys that you like the idea of, whether only in fiction or otherwise?
3. Would it surprise you to learn that the last image I worked on was a piece that involved a girl and a herm, a gag, and a strap-on? I never did finish it completely, but the idea was to draw a lewd image to overcome and better understand that sort of thing! Such a silly idea.
1. Ah. The most embarrassing of the lot. I don't live with a roommate. I've had a few, but all of them were in the past. I currently live with my parents. With both of them being practically crippled, and especially with my mother's hip replacement surgery last year, I've kind of had to. I don't like to say so, though, because it's terribly embarrassing. My family does know that I'm trans, but while they're more or less accepted it, it's kind of a grudging acceptance. I'm not sure how much they really grasp what it means, either. The first thing they asked me after I told them was whether I was gay. That I'm too cowardly to push it much. Which is shameful, really.
2. Well, it's kind of bland and boring, but I've always rather liked vibrators. As much for just the feel of the buzzing as what you can do with them. I'm big on sensations, both in and out of the bedroom, so anything that buzzes or prickles or gives you some sort of sensation is great. Well, except for things that actually hurt.
3. I wouldn't have expected you to draw such a thing, no, but I do know where you're coming from. Most of the erotica I've written has never seen the light of day, and most of it was deleted soon after it was finished. I know it probably sounds hard to believe, given the things I commission, but I really don't care for writing sex scenes unless they have a point toward story or character development. But sometimes it's interesting to delve into things you'd otherwise never touch just to try them out, and maybe to get a handle on them. So I wouldn't say it was a silly idea. There's nothing silly about seeking understanding, whether it's an idea you end up accepting or not.
Thanks for the questions. You do come up with some really interesting ones! If you post a journal next week, I promise I'll come up with at least one of my own to ask you, as well.
2. They may sound bland to some people, but not to me! I suppose it's because I've been sheltered, but some of the ones I've seen have looked positively intimidating! Not that I've ever used one. I meant to buy one once, just for the sake of being an outlaw. Personal vibrators are illegal in my state, dont'cha know! Not that they can regulate that sort of thing. Just one of those silly laws leftover from the previous century.
Learning new sensations and playing with them is something I always was excited about, and was happy to learn there's a term for the kind of play that involves it when I was first reading up on ropes and BDSM, but I quickly got too embarrassed to read into it further. Well, too much further.
Feel free to note me with a question anytime curiosity tickles! Though I may just post up a journal at random, I'm a little sad that I missed Tuesday!
And don't worry about sounding too pervy! I'm comfortable enough talking with you that a lewd question or two won't send me running away.
2. Do you speak any language other than English?
3. Are you and Megan the same height? (and is that with or without ears.. =p)
4. What nationalities are in your family? ie...who came from where and how long ago?
5. Have you ever played strip poker? And if so, how'd it turn out?
6. What's the most embarrassing thing to ever happen to you? (tell me yours...in a note if necessary... and I'll tell you mine and bet, sight unseen, that mine's worse. ;3 )
2. Alas, I do not. I took two semesters of Latin in high school, and I've retained enough of it to get some of the jokes in Terry Pratchett novels, but I'm far from proficient with it. I also took a semester of Spanish when I was an undergrad, but as that mostly consisted of watching Spanish-language soap operas and a few basic vocabulary lessons, I know next to nothing there, as well.
3. Megan and I are the same height, yes. I've tried to keep her somewhat true to the real me, even if she's still slimmer, sexier and all around more awesome. And yes, it's minus the ears. I am half tempted to shave a few inches off of her, though, as most of my rabbit characters, especially the does, are quite a bit shorter than 5'6".
4. Oh goodness. I'm such a mongrel, this could take a little while. I don't even know everything. But the main influences are:
Father's family:
Most of my kin on my father's side passed away before I was even born, so all I know about this side of my family is what little my father has told me.
-French: My paternal great-grandmother was from France.
-Welsh: No idea how far back that goes.
Mother's family:
-Scots-Irish
-Silesian/Austrian: I have a several times great-grandfather from the area, but no idea if he claimed Austrian or Silesian nationality. (The area is now mostly in modern Poland, by the way.)
And there are probably plenty of others that I'm forgetting about at the moment. Plus, for what it's worth, both sides of my family have been in that US since before the Civil War.
5. Oh no. I suck at poker far too much to ever dare try that. Not that I'd mind being naked in the right company, but it ought to at least be a challenge!
6. Well, it's probably not the sort of thing you were expecting. But I'd say the most shameful thing that has ever happened to me was the wreck I was in at the age of sixteen, which damn near killed my brother due to internal injuries. One small, stupid error in judgement and I sent us into a tree at 60mph. I was told later than the only thing that saved either of us was that we had our seat belts on, and that the engine had dropped out the way it was meant to. I've got a huge scar on my left arm, and a nice chunk of metal in there, too, to remind me of what happened, My brother had both his legs broken and spent years in and out of the hospital. If you've got something that tops that, I only hope it turned out as well as mine did in the end, if not better!
