I'm thinking about trying a tablet. Never had one nor tried one even. Closest thing to one is DS/3DS.
Recommendations?
I'm looking for something cheap that works well. Least something 1-100$ range. Poorblackfolk.
I see many a model but it's jes like hunting for a TV. Not sure what I need for myself. Long as I can draw on it.
I use a Windows XP if it requires some compatibility.
Also, are all Tablet pens wireless? Those are AAA Battery powered? How long would they last?

FA+

I used a Genius tablet at first, does the job, but the pen weights too much and isn't as comfy as the wacom a friend gave me.
Can't help with prices, but a small, quite good tablet imo is the Wacom CTE-440 I use. BUT! I had to buy another pen for it, since the one it comes with died quick. The replacement one, though, has lasted me 2 years without a single issue.
The leading brand in tablets is wacom, their pens dont need batteries and i suggest you start off with their bamboo models. I have a Bamboo Create which is 200$ but their cheapest model is 80$, ive had a good time with mine and im going on 3 years. If wacom isnt your preference just look for a solid tablet with decent pressure, solid frame, and a decent work size.
the only tablet ive ever had because it's like the best ever
they're also really cheap too like wow
They have the bright-lime underside and requires no babberies~
Instead of the cord being connected to the tablet--it comes with a separate USB cord for you to connect with your tablet AND your comp.
My first tablet had the cord connected to it--and after maybe two months of use, the cord was starting to fray--like this:

So go for connect. The only thing that it's given me in terms of problems is a sore knee. :0
I'll look into Wacom brands.
Did you do it because you thought it was funny?
I would, I could and most likely did but as I said in the Journal, I don't know what I'm looking for. I've no knowledge about Tablets.
So I've asked here to hear some opinions and narrow down my searches.
