Weasyl seems to be a very neat gallery that should function at least as well as FA does. I'm looking forward to seeing some great stuff there.

Having said that, I'm not setting up an account there -- at least not yet.

From the way it's built it seems to be more a storinghouse for artists. As I'm not an artist, it just doesn't make sense for me to have a presence there right now. If it starts becoming a social hub and expands its reach, I may re-evaluate sometime down the road.

I respect the artists that are leaving FA for Weasyl, given the problems they had here. I'll most likely begin to do a lot of bookmarking of pages there to keep abreast of their work.
