My foot injury is almost completely healed, fiiiiiiiiinally. I've never had a torn arch take so long, so all I can figure is that I injured it worse than I first thought. I'm not limping anymore though, and the twinge of 'omgwhyyyyyydoesthishurtsobad' isn't hitting as hard as it was in the beginning, so this is good news. I'm still not at home yet, and I'm not sure what day I'll be going home yet. My fiance has some crazy family drama going on that we all just found out about on wednesday, and no one is quite sure how to handle it yet, so I'm sticking around until things settle down a bit. It's amazing the kind of moral support a home-cooked meal seems to provide <3

I really look forward to crafting more soon. I have product samples to make for 2 different clients, and some experimental products to try out. I expect to be busier now with the 2 webcomics I'll be working on with my new partner, but I intend to make sure I have plenty of time for crafts, since that's my first artistic love X3

I have to call the owner of the local game store tomorrow to ask about selling my dice bags and gamer jewelry in their store, but at the very least, I've already been okayed to leave my business cards there, and I ordered some new ones a while back which should be here within the week. I'm going to put a note on the blank back side about making custom dice bags and gamer accessories, so hopefully it'll drive in some business =3

Other than all of that, we're trying to hold tight to our finances until all of this stupidity with the borked paychecks is finally over and things go back to normal. We still haven't heard from the big boss about any new work coming in for my job, so I'm just hoping I can avoid having to get another job, since that would throw everything out of whack in my schedule. I'm not saying that to sound lazy, it just means I wouldn't have time for crafts or webcomics anymore, and that would be depressing for more than just me.
