Self Improvement
Throughout my life I have always been slim, healthy eating and at the minimum average of fitness. But I've decided that I can, and want to do better than that.
That's why I've decided to begin an exercise and diet scheme in order to improve my body and become not just lean, but athletically fit. Namely with toned muscles and a six pack.
One might say that I am endeavouring to gain a body that is the actual equivalent of my Fursona rather than just an approximation.
I start first thing tomorrow. With one hour long walks every single morning, then regular workout sessions and finally adjusting to a lean diet (or a calorie currency if you will).
I believe that posting about it will help keep my on track and cement my resolve for self-improvement. Heck it was one of my New-Year resolutions after all; so it's time to make good on it.
All being well I should have a whole new body at the end of four or five months, and have a refreshed confidence in how I carry myself.
I might even commission something to commemorate the occasion =p.

FA+

It's funny how I've started to look at certain anthros here on FA as fitness goals. I personally don't expect to get as strong as Serth since he's a war veteran, but I definetely want to get at least halfway to where he is now.
I've been utilizing the mindset of the Sangheili (Elites) in Halo; when they are idle or have nothing to do, they simply work to make themselves better warriors, whether through excercise or reading, they will do whatever thay can. With this mentality, I often find myself sitting in front of the computer late at night, and decide to just get on the floor and do as many push ups as I can before tiring out, and then get right back to whatever I was doing. Hopefully you might have the floor space to do the same :P
Following the way of the Sangheili sounds like an interesting (if not outright nerdy =p) way to keep oneself in shape. As for floor space it is not needed as the University Village that I live at has a basic gym that suits well enough.
