Okay, well here's an offer later god forbid you still can't find anything at the time.
I live about 20 minutes from the city. At the time if you still can't get anything, you two can crash the couch at my house.
We're actually buying a two bedroom house, so that may be a viable option.

Dunno about cooling there yet, but yeah it's at least crash space.
