This is a long weekend for me in Australia so its four days of rest and relaxation, no school and having fun in the kitchen. Not to mention I got chocolate.
Have a great weekend.

FA+

i have already started the preferment for the bread
gonna be epic
1.5 packages orange jello
1.5 C hot water
1 C crushed pineapple (drained)
1/4 C chopped maraschino cherries
1 banana
4 oz (half a brick) of cream cheese (room temp)
Whatever funky shaped mold you want to use. The one I have looks like this but I only have the star shape.
Mash together the banana and cream cheese in one bowl. In another, pour hot water into jello mix and stir quickly. Don't leave it for too long or it will start to solidify on you, but let it cool a little and then pour into the banana mixture. You can just stir it in but I use an immersion blender otherwise you get these white spots of cream cheese which is fine but it's an aesthetics thing. Then add the pineapple and cherries, and pour into the mold. Then put it in the fridge to set overnight.
I don't have any photos, sorry.
And if you're wondering what to do with the leftovers, I just heat up a cup of water to mix in the jello, then add the pineapple juice and some juice out of the jar of cherries and just drink it.
