I consider it unfinished. There are more modifications planned, but not so many that I can't later resell it as a stock Scion with a custom paint color.

Don't get me wrong, it's pretty awesome! I just can't feel the Tardis in it. Maybe I grow to attached to the image of the Police Box. Say that this Tardis has working Chameleon Circuit, and I buy the car form!

That's like looking up into the sky and shouting, "It's a bird!" or "It's a plane!" Nothing special about that; you can see birds and planes in the sky any day.
Similarly, cars are motor vehicles. They're driven away all the time.
