well my day went really bad, insurance denied my claim. now I'm left with no bike and doctors bills. lawyers wont take my case, man I really feel like this is the end.

I guess I could always sue them, I mean I was only looking for 2,000, but now they're gonna have to pay for so much more.

go for it. I can kinda relate... I got into a bit of a fenderbender yesterday and it cost me an intercooler in my car.
