General
I've been gone from the furry genre a long time.
After a long time of focussing exclusively on superheroes and comic strips, I found myself in a rut and needing a break.
10 years ago when I first got into the internet in general, and online art in particular, the whole furry thing was the first thing outside of superheroes that I stumbled across.
I liked it a lot until the drama and in-fighting and stigma beset it.
I dig it, as I grew up on Bugs and Mickey and Woody and Yogi. That's still the main reason I dig it.
But, I've decided to start fresh. And, I feel that if I am to move forward, a sizeable chunk of the past must be left behind.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not completely abandoning my older characters, but I don't really want to go back to the headspace I was in when I was making them.
You can find me at http://www.furaffinity.net/user/scarr/
So, you'll see the occasional appearance of my older furs like Tequila and Dodgeball, and maybe a few others, but I definitely have to go in a new direction if I am to get back into this.
I'll be culling my old stuff from here and it'll go up on the website I'm making by X-MessTime.
If you were watching me, feel free to re-watch. I will be filling my own watchlist slowly, hopefully with artists I can commune and collab with. I have a lot to learn (like this OC thing? What's that about?)
So, Hi to old friends, Hi to new friends and may all of you continue to rock.
