BurnOut
Has anyone else burnt out, so to speak, when it comes to drawing? I've been really focusing on my art lately, trying to improve. Studying real life or other artists, and working on the parts of my art with the areas that I need to improve on the most. It's so tiring! I can only keep up about an hour sessions at a time when I really focus on it. It's very challenging and sometimes boring. It's so much different than just drawing for fun...
So my question is, how do you guys deal with the stress? It doesn't have to be drawing related. The same thing applies to any kind of practice or study. An hour of deliberate practice is much harder than if I just sat down and doodled for 4 hours straight.

It's pretty stressful when you focus all your effort on how to improve.
