I hate poo-pooing on people's fun, but I do feel like the key word being left out of these journals is "WiiU"... I mean, Nintendo's fault for naming everything the "Virtual console" across three platforms now, but Earthbound is specifically coming to the WiiU virtual console. So...if you have a WiiU..then yay! X3

As for Link's Awakening being LttP's sequel...A quick glance at the "official" timeline indicates that the Oracle games come after LttP, then LA, then Zelda 1 and 2. So...technically? Maybe? I figure there are two possible reasons for the naming choice.. either 1) It's actually a direct sequel (Like how Zelda 2 is actually direct sequel to the first game, or Majora's Mask to OoT) and thus it's actually supposed to literally be that same Link instead of "Maybe" (Course now that I think of it, I'm not sure what the gimeline says about "Going into the oracle games and Link's Awakening" so for all I know they -are- the same Link..anyway.), or 2) They're trying to cash in on nostalgia by being like "Remember Link to the Past? Remember how much you love it? Here's a sequel! :D"

Hah, unless they added new content, then I'll stick to the emulator version. Sure, I have a wii U and all, but the entire virtual console interface and the inability to just take the game and play it on the tablet in a different room? Tbbbbbbbbbbbbt.

Really wish they'd also release it for the original Wii VC, but you know, I'll take it. :)
