Ok, you stressed out Furry Creators listen up!!

My Politics and Social views are ideas that I believe work. If something does not work I call it out.
I am seeing quite a few journals about stress coming from the various furry creators I am watching so I thought I would offer a little advice gleamed from decades of depression and anxiety.
1. Art is not easy and if it ever gets easy it probably means you stopped growing as a artist. Which is fine if you found your place to be in.
2. Your body is loaded with various and EXTREMELY powerful chemicals which can become addictive. Stress is there because you are feeding it. You must learn to relax by practicing being relaxed.
-Avoid stimulants such as alcohol and caffeine.
-Melatonin is a natural product bought without a prescription at any place that sells alot of vitamins.
-It takes time to lesson the effects of stress and depression as well as self training. Give yourself that time.
- AVOID the following-- assholes, douche-bags, dickheads, pricks, parasites, twats----most of humanity.
People will often feed on those with a weakness in their minds and personalities be aware and in control.
-Think happy thoughts not obsessive ones.
-Being a angst filled artist is fashionable but not very productive.
3. Don't think it will end and never come back. It will be back because frankly life sucks. It sucked before you got here and will continue to suck long after you are gone. Remember what you went through, remember all the symptoms and you will deal with it better.
4. Seek real friends that you can talk with.
5. If you are feeling sexually down that is a sign that stress has taken hold and physically you need to work on your health. Try to exercise.
6. Even after things get better there may be lingering problems such as sleeplessness. If you wake up and feel groggy like you just woke from the dead... CONGRATZ!! You just had the right kind of sleep.
I hope this helps if you feel like talking go right ahead its only the internet.

Sex? what sex? I wouldn't mind some sex at all, might help relax me.
This is a very good set of advices. Thank you, good sir.
Uh-oh...
In other news, thanks for this- actual wisdom is hard to come by.
Also, interesting fact: caffiene makes you both easily suggestible AND paranoid. Apparently.
Which works, because I'm a complete basketcase right now. Or people told me I was, and I agreed.
Or I'm RIGHT. I'm not sure. :3
Once you go through that you can see how alcohol is a stimulant.
So if someone's being a pain in the ass, a couple of tylenol can actually help? Wow.
(really, I did it...on my homepage ;))
I've since found, somewhat, an outlet by ranting/raving about such things I run into via Twitter and Podcasts. :3
Though, motivation can be tough when you're sequestered in a truck. :/ I haven't drawn anything since I started this gig in a rig.
It's refreshing to see that the struggle isn't just me but part of the process. It was stressing me out but reading this has taken a load off my mind about it. :3
Hehehe great advice :3
You have some good artz in your gallery. keep your studies going and that will yield you some money!
