Lone Wolf

There are so many things in life that can't be changed as i walk the path of the lone wolf, so much pain i suffered searching for paradise, I been shot beaten and yet I move on nevering giving up, protecting the one i love. The scent of my mate in the distance as i approach. Realizing she's gone, the pain growing deep in my heart as i howl to the bloodmoon tears running down my muzzle as the wind blows through my fur burning the wounds from the recent battle that costed me my mate who fought victorously as i cryed out to here running to her side as she fell, licking her wounds praying for life as i lay there for days snow falling on my white fur as i ignore the cold. My breathing slowed as the pain flows through me. The rage of the battle before me as i lay never leaving my mates side. then there was hope she opened her eyesand smiled at me knowing i never left her, now we both lay together in peace as we howl to the blood moon as i awake realizing it was a dream and im truly alone laying in the snow blood dripping from my wounds as i howl in sorrow as a lone wolf. I begin walking through the dark forest as my eyes dim just enough to see clearly, as i listen and scent the air. My mate is gone but i must have revenge. My teeth baring glistening in the moon light as i let out a howl. I stlk the scent that on my mate. I was getting close, my heart beating as i ran the cuts not fully healed causing pain as i ran. The pain overwhelms me as i fall still weak and now just barly able to move sensing something near perhaps. My pack who i lost awhile back, can't be there gone, im all thats left as i stare at the bushes i smell something familiar my ears perk, the pup bursting through me as my mother walks out in her black beauty as i lay there. She comes closer and licks my nose telling me im safe now as she then lays at my side cleaning my wounds. I explain to her what happened to my mate and recieve news that shes ok. Turns out my mother was watching the battle and took revenge on the attackers. As now im not alone, my mother helps me up and carrys me back to her den where my mate is waiting for me. A smile showing on my face as i pass out. My mate laying at my side and my mother at my other. Im a Lone Wolf.
