I use Host Gator for my hosting. And Namecheap for my domains.

I have all my sites hosted on FurNation.com along with a domain name for my personal site (not wookiee or furry related). It's free, unlimited and the server has been running strong for over 17 years now. I don't know who you would contact for inquiry but there is a contact us a the bottom of the their home page.

I use https://www.NearlyFreeSpeech.net . It's inexpensive and reliable. If you have simple static pages with very not too much content (e.g. large images) the cost will be vastly overshadowed by domain registrations.

I went with host upon, cuz I needed hella bandwidth. I think I got mine for a 300GB unlimited bandwidth for 3 year contract for $300. I know to much for you, but they have not been bad to work with. I know they have different lvls of size hosting.

I stick with VPS at a minimum because I've gotten burned on shared hosting a whole lot. Namecheap is the place to go for domains though.

HostGator is pretty damn rad, especially if you're going to deal with any adult content at all. They have really relaxed rules on content and are usually cool to just let you do your thing, so you won't get any "uh these people look like animals I think this is a bestiality fetish site we're gonna close you down" issues. Really, really straightforward, has any feature you can dream of, and some ridiculously cheap packages. Also "YIFFYIFFYIFF" is a valid promo code for 25% off.

For domain names, I do just stick with the standard of GoDaddy.
