This seems to have a much deeper meaning than what's on the surface. Guys walks in to complain about the music being too loud. He is taken aback a little by the guy wearing a panda suit. Pays no mind to it at all and just complains about the music. The panda is talking through the music though he may not be have composed it but that is how he communicates.
