So Fur Eh wrapped up on Sunday the 5th at 5 pm. I have been meaning to write this journal since I got home Sunday night but I've had other things on my mind. Good things, don't worry. ^-^


So where to start? Hmmm... oh I know! You suck for not being there! :P It was an awesome time and you missed it! Maybe you'll have learned your lesson and will swing by next year! Our theme and GoH are already announced on our website same with our date in 2014 so there is no reason not to start saving up right now!

Now, for all the hilariously juicy tidbits!

In case it wasn't obvious I was on staff this year. I spent the majority of my time at the con working the Registration and Con Ops table with a mishmash of adorable other furs (some staff and some volunteers that I appreciate the hell out of!). I did a panel and judged a fur suit dance competition with two other furs and it was great fun. I'm working on finding out if anyone video taped it so I can show it to you all and make you wish, even more, that you had been there this year.

The weekend saw me having a great time with adorable furs like  Spuz  Grael-Dragon  SabreDragon  RoundAutumn  Asere  cleverfox  maskwa  slickscale  Kenta and even being nice to  lone_tiggs for once. But that was mostly because his lady  Mandakatt was there and I promised I'd be good.

I wandered around when I was on break from Reg/Con Ops and was wholly silly. Every time I passed another staff member (Atlas) I would stage hit him and he would react even if he was in the middle of a sentence talking to someone else. Because I'm adorable.

Spuz earned the nick name "you fucker" at a staff meeting a few weeks before the con and tolerated every time I called him that with incredible grace. To be fair, there's something about his fur suit that makes it almost impossible for me to be mean to him, he's just so damn cute in it, so I quickly stopped calling him "fucker".

I gave a couple rubs to a couple special furs, some who asked for them (like  cherushi who I spoiled with a back massage and even pulled me away from giving an inpromptu neck rub to  SabreDragon to do it for her) and some who just accepted that I was in a touchy mood and didn't mind getting scritches from this bitch. ;D

Some of the things I want to ramble about are not appropriate and some of them just aren't as funny if you weren't there. Why weren't you there? Do you hate me or something? :( You should be there next year. Next year I plan to get a room in the hotel, I didn't this year because the con was hosted only a few blocks from my house and it was easy enough to catch a ride back and forth with a couple other furs who lived close. But next year, no matter the venue, I plan to be there for the whole thing. So you need to be there with me next year so we can have all of the ridiculous fun good times. Because, trust me, I'm fantastic IRL and you will always look back on the time you came to Canada and partied at Fur Eh with me. Whether you look back with fondness or regret is your own choice. ;D

So come party it up with me next Fur Eh May 2-4 in 2014!

Also  Drjackal was there and not only did we go for a ride almost all the way out to the airport and have some great talks but he also kept me sane a lot of the weekend. He was my go-to for when I needed to be bitchy and catty without pretending like I was joking.

Also, I don't recall him snapping my bra once all weekend! Though I may have just blocked it out.. ;P
