Desperately need commissions

Well I'm still pretty much unemployed. I can't go back to work until I have a note saying I can return. I have an appointment Tuesday at 2:15 but as it stands right now I don't even have the money to pay the copay and be seen. I don't even have gas to get into town to the dr office. Rent is due on the 1st, gas, electric, phone, and car insurance are due on the 15th. I have literally $6.99 in the bank. So in short, I am in deep trouble and desperately need commissions. I am willing to consider anything...

I don't really have any set commission info. It is kinda based on difficulty and what the customer wants to pay.
