Then he just needs to find a firm master or mistress. Not really a Dominatrix, as they wouldn't exactly allow him to be in any sort of dom role and are mainly meant for BDSM play. But I wish him luck in finding a stern owner who will give him such treats without working for it, though not sure if that qualifies as a pet/owner relationship if the pet gets what he wants all the time. Guessing he doesn't mind working for his 'meal' sor to speak hehe.
