So I get home from the doctor, and I noticed a familiar sound — the hum of air conditioners in the distance! Powah over hereeeeee, and just in time to save my food. Awwwwwww yeaahhhhhhh. I'm super-stoked. That's value in food dollars.

Now I can pack in the comfort of electricity! I'm still not sure how some people can actually live without electricity. If I went back in time I'd probably just die because I can't read a map without it magically orienting me to where I need to go. :(

Yet again a storm in Roanoke knocked out my power for an undisclosed amount of time. Let's see if it's out a week again last year.

I had the day off today to pack, so of course I would have to do it in the dark. It's literally the only reason I didn't start replying to the previous journal (did read them, though!) I'm just so angry right now, lol. I shouldn't have to be dealing with this on my day off.

On the bright side, all my expensive food will have to be thrown out, so that's less to move. :/
