Lightweight Streaming Programs? // New Skype Rules

Hey guys!
Does anyone have any suggestions for lightweight streaming programs? My computer can't handle Livestream, though it is ideal. Join.me is light enough, but cannot share sound -- and I really would like to be able to talk while I'm streaming.
Any ideas?

On another note, a lot of people have been wanting to contact me via Skype. I tend to be very shy and prefer slower methods of communication, such as email or PM. But I do use Skype once in a while.
From now on, I'd like to ask that you please do not ask for updates on commissions unless my status is set to Do Not Disturb!
If my status is set to Online it means I'm taking a break from work and I'm socializing. c:
I hope this way it'll take a bit of the pressure off of logging into Skype, which means those of you who want to chat with me can do so, while those who want to check on commission progress can have that opportunity as well!

You might need ManyCam for it to be able to stream your desktop though - at least, that's how I have mine set up.
