Visiting Boston!
I'll be in town as a tourist around July 21-25th ~ give or take a few days. No particular plans besides doing something different cause home is boring :P
So what's fun and interesting?
Where to eat?
Anyone wanna hang out?

Your date visits fall a bit right in the thick of my work-week for overnights in Boston.. BUT!! still not impossible or improbable to want to meet up with you and hang out. Where are you staying for your trip? I can show you eats and toruisty things and possibly even sneak you down to Plymouth and/or Cape Cod ...
in short.. lets plan something. send me a note here on FA or an email!
I'll note ya when I have a better idea of everything heh :3
I'd love to see you again and I don't believe I've met Bash :D
But yes, otherwise... Go ahead and ask Bash and Arinmal. they've been "relatively close enough" for good tips and answers just the same!

Lets make Tuesday our day unless something comes up ;)
Well, unfortunately it doesn't look like any meets are happening locally in the area during that time frame (that I know of). Still though, if you think you'd be interested, I hang around the airport a lot (work) and live about 45 minutes outside of town.
We'd still like to see you around though, maybe come and visit one of us too if you get a chance!
I don't mind attempting to call out a bunch of Boston locals and doing something on a particular day. Even if no one knows anyone, it's a nice way to start :)
I think I might be staying at the Red Roof near Logan.
*Checks* Ohh, allright I see where it is now. On Route 60 heading over towards Route 1. By the way, don't try to drive to the hotel from the airport during rush hour, especially in the afternoon. 1A heading over to Route 60 can be a total disaster zone much of the time.
As for getting to Boston from the hotel, I'm guessing you won't have transportation of your own. Cabs are kinda expensive too. See if maybe you can get them to drop you off either at the Airport (you can pick up the Silver Line to go to South Boston/Financial District/Seaport), or to Revere Beach T Station (you can pick up the Blue Line which will take you over towards the North End/Government buildings/historical disrict/Faneuil Hall)
(Yes I drive to Logan all the time for work so I'm pretty familiar with most of the hotels around the area)
And if you're looking for good seafood, I recommend this, the oldest restaurant in America: http://www.unionoysterhouse.com
I experienced both while I was there and give them my personal seal of approval. ;)
Just reading their menu makes my mouth water hehe
