So, for the last few years, every now and than, i would think about changing my fursona to a lion, it would bounce around my head every new months, but i shrugged it off. After about 5 years, i talked to midnight, and he said maybe it was coming up over and over for a reason, and i should give it serious thought. So, i spent a month talking to just him about it, and than i spoke to some friends privately whose opinions i respected.

Oddly, i found that their opinions where much different than i expected. But two said almost the same thing, that really opened my eyes: I am not the 15 year old that chose to be a snow leopard any more. Move over, i changed so much over the last 3 years i moved here, i wasn't the same snow leopard that moved here.

I never took species change well for people, i always assumed it was something on a whim, and always just kind of shrugged it off. If it lasted a year, i took it seriously. My fursona, totem, what ever you want to call it, is a reflection of me, and if it isn't who i am any more, than i should let it evolve with me.

So, lioness here i am. Same me, new look, new out look.

Oddly enough, i feel more comfortable when thinking of my fursona, feel more fitted. Its nice.
