Back into the sunlight--with a fart.

I don't mean me, except for the first part: I am not "over" Ellie's loss by any means, nor is it something I think is particularly laudable. Why should you "get over" the loss of someone dear to you? Acceptance comes with time and that's what I'm feeling. I'll always miss her but I have her paw print in clay right in front of me. She's still in me, still held dear. I'm feeling functional again. And a good thing, too, considering how much has accumulated during my absence. Arghle Bargle.
But soft, and onward to the farts! I want to bring to your attention this particular little Kickstarter toot what's called Animal Gas. It's poetry in farts, or pootetry, if you will, done by the Most Strange and Humorous Artist, Bryan Ballinger:

Yes, you read that right. A scratch-and-sniff-poetry-book-about-animals-and-their-self-delusions. And their farts.
It's funny, it's beautiful, and it deserves your support. It ain't sweet--but you knew that when you entered the room. :D
Help spread the joy! Go, my furry brethren, and break like the wind!

So...I wrote this for my pup, since we're coming up on the second anniversary of her passing...and I thought maybe..I dunno, maybe these might help a bit. You don't have to read them, though.

You're a dear one. *hugs*
They do make us better people, don't they? :D
