I’ve bolded my personal faves. Bolded doesn't mean that character will certainly make an appearance, though.
I’d need some good/better reasons before I’ll even think of including anything from the non-bolded options. A character I may have forgotten counts as a reason.

Monster hunter: That's a hard one as it'd MOSTLY be just monsters or average futa chicks wearing some monster armor. Basically impossible unless you had an anthro Black Diablos with a dick and tits. http://monsterhunter.wikia.com/wiki/Black_Diablos
Robin Hood: Lady Cluck, Maid Marion (I'm assuming they are referring to the Disney one)
That's all I can help with off the top of my head.
My fave from the bolded:
Cpt Amelia (Lovely lady who needs more exposure), Gadget, Hitomi, Raven/Starfire (yes!), Rukia (I love Yoru/Soi, but Rukia needs some spotlight), Velma, Makoto
My fave from the non-bolded:
Other Sailor Moon girls, especially if they are helping out Makoto. Be nice if solo as well, but there are a lot of em.
If doing Zelda, why not Zelda herself?
Cheetara, now there is a long-time fave since I was a little one.
If Velma needs a partner, Daphne would be a good choice. I've always preferred Velma tho if this is gonna be a solo thing.
Maid Marion from Robin Hood. Haven't seen much of that.
Turtle Futa girls? Awesome. Seen a recent r63 of lady turtles and its stuck in my head.
Justice League or Avengsrs. R63 or just pick and choose?
Really, it depends on how the folio fills out. Most of the above are just my personal likes so take from it what you will.
