Okay, there seems to be something conspiring against me, something hellbent on preventing me from doing what love most, uploading whatever the hell I want. Turns out the original mod who contacted me was in charge of photography and the violation still holds true, and that I have to comply with it or else I'm boned. I am so effing pissed off right now at the whole situation, that I can't even enjoy uploading, but that it now becomes a chore to make sure what I upload doesn't violate the precious AUP.
I....I'm at a loss of words, I don't know what to do, I don't know where to turn. Hell, I don't know if I just want to give up having an FA account altogether if I'm going to get this much grief from a mod all because some of my pics "look too similar" And I bet anything that people will hate me, despise me and will avoid me like the plague for having done such a stupid thing. I can't move them to scraps, I can't keep them, what the hell am I supposed to do!!?
I'd be best off if I never joined and posted my pictures The only thing I'm doing here is being a burden.
Edit: Been doing some thinking, and it would be in my best interest to readjust my pictures and desist from uploading every single one I have

I don't see anything about pictures being a part of the "similar-looking" rule. Only thing I see is

That said, your photos aren't all that different. They're mostly of foxes, but they are taken at different angles and with mostly different poses. However, you do upload a lot of pictures, (not that I'm complaining in the slightest!) and I think the mods see your photos as a little too similar, and if the rules are set up the way I interpret them, then it'd be best to eliminate some of them :(
I know you love your foxes at the sanctuary, but I think in the future it'd be best to pick out a few from each visit that you absolutely love, rather than upload a bunch.
It is hard not to beat yourself up over something like this I admit. I do that constantly, but I think you have to realize what good will beating yourself up do? Would your time and mind be better spent doing something else? Can you change the past? No. It does hurt sometimes, but you've got to think of whether dwelling on something like this can help you now, or whether you should just move on.
Now, just need to have my pictures in such a way that it doesn't violate the AUP. But just in case, I'm backing up all my pictures on my hard drive, Photobucket, and even Facebook. I'm glad he's not making me delete all them

They can't say it's not original if it's not a look-alike (on purpose or not).
Therefore, no more warnings from mods.
IF that doesn't work, try changing the picture so that it looks like something else. (idk...)
It's a server, not a media player. RasPi works showing HDTV movies, but that's for your entertainment. I admit it doesn't have sockets for a second SD card and the OS takes a bit, but do you have 30 gigabytes of pics? For US$35 you can get two and organise pics.
And I admit you'll need an always-on fast internet connection as well as registering your own domain and machine. I'm not sure your internet provider will ok constant use. But foxesgalore.name might be a good name.
Dont be such a crybaby about it, its an art related site and too many photos are against the aup, thats simple one of the rules of the site. Xp
