As a tentative change, I am enabling the shoutboxes on this account. Hopefully, without going into a discussion of why they were locked, we can avoid a situation where I feel they need to be locked again.
Please do remember, if you want to give a shoutout for your location, it's probably better to use http://www.furaffinity.net/journal/2903402/ , as page shouts will drop off after only so many, but journal comments are forever!
