Crafting the Devil - Character Design Contest (CLOSED)

I recently created a story called “MAGNUS OPUS” that has a leading female character. Though I do not know her full design in my head I would like to hold my first “DESIGN A CHARACTER” Contest.
The winner’s design will be used as the main criteria for the leading female. Though she does have a few key points to her that must be included in the DRAWING submission.
Her name is Alma Del’rosa and these are her basic information:
- She is a she-wolf
- She is white pelted or a very light grey
- She has light blue eyes to teal or neon blue high lights
- She wears beautiful Victorian style ball gowns
- She is very curvy (Meaning thick or like this - https://pbs.twimg.com/media/AzfeizLCIAAKI4O.jpg)
- She is controlling and very much the ‘head of the house hold’ type.
All right. Now all entries must follow these key points of her. As well, if you are interested please know that you give away all rights to this character. So do NOT give me a pre-existing character you intend to keep. I will give you the designer credit when I repost her look.

- Credit for design
- A cameo in the story (So I’ll need basic information)
- A single quick sketch (same character used for the story)
- A full colored head-shot (same character used for the story

But what does a "she-wolf" means? I mean, is she an anthro character, animal, or a werewolf?
