Paranoid Magics: a Pink Diamond and Savitarus story

(A NOTE: the characters other than Paranoia and Dante Savitarus are property of other artists that I will list after the story is complete)
The city of Colmaton was bustling even in the night, lights brightening the sky and clouding out sight of stars. The winds blew through streets silently as furs walked aroundbellow, following their eveing routines. Most were in their homes due to how late it was, but there were still others out and about, cops and criminals mostly. This was a busy time for the Superfurs.
And soon would be a lifechanging night for Sakajawey Summers, aka Pink Diamond.
She soared amongst the skyscrapers on patrol, also to let her lonesome thoughts go about without distraction. The police radios were silent, so she had plenty of time for now.
Pink Diamond had been in the city for a little while now, and other than the perverted sex fiend lion, Timothy Bordick, there was no one who was intrested in her yet romantically. She was growing lonely as of late, even around her sisters and friends.
She dropped the thought where it was when a red flash went past her. She stopped in surprise, and glanced over to see a red haze continued downwards onto a building's roof. She sighed. "Crimson-"
An explosion deafened her words as she turned in surprise to see a blast on the side of a skyscraper. She looked down again, and then realized what had happened.
That wasn't Crimson Cur.
Swiftly, she pulled out her communicator and zoomed down after the red thing.
"Pink Diamond reporting, there was an explosion on the Foster Towers. Request assistance to help out the Fire Department, I'm chasing down the culprit."
-Lady Liberty here, Hot Spot is on her way, so am I and Crimson Cur-
Pink Diamond continued, surfing the skies and chasing after the red clothed thing. It sped on the rooftops, leaping one after another. It then leapt high above onto city hall. The super powered Doe only had a moment to halt and fly upwards. She was past the roof when she saw the red dressed creature. It had a white face witha black lower jaw, set into a long beak like a crane's. It's red garb was a torn up hooded waist jacket and belled pants. It wore pointed shoes, and what looked like long claws were at the tips of it's fingers. It stared at her while they both floated in the sky, it's eyes spiraled cartoonily. It landed, and continued to run fast, leaping over the other side.
Pink Diamond took a moment to collect herself, and she continued the chase, communicator on. "Girls! I think we're dealing with another superfur!"
Lady Liberty took a moment of surprise from what she had just heard before speaking. -We're almost done here at the towers, we'll come after you. keep after them but do NOT engage! Don't-
Her voice was cut off as a sudden pulse of...she wasn't sure what it was, hit Pink Diamond and made her powers faulter for a moment. She fell and hit the garden top of the S2 tower.
The red dressed creature stood, waiting for her.
"Looks like he's not giving me a choice." She said to herself, the communicator jammed and not working.
Pink Diamond stood up fully, staring back at the thing.It was like nothing she'd ever seen before. "Who are you? Why did you attack the towers?" She demanded.
It made a strange sound, deep and high at the same time, almost like laughter, then rose it's hands outwards, claws spread out, as it lowered threateningly.
She didn't even see him step as he rushed her in a flurry of claw attacks. The first was the only slash that got her, slicing through the skin of her thigh as she leapt out of the way. The gritted her teeth, and dodged the others in a dance-like fashion. What was this thing?
She put her palms out before her, releasing a blast of energy which tossed the creature away from her, making it fly like a tossed ragdoll and hit the ground in a crumppled mess.
She heard the laughter just as she checked her wound, and saw it float up again. "How did you-"
It pointed a finger at her, and a blue ray shot at her, almost hitting her face. She moved her head the fraction of an inch needed to evade the beam, and the light carved limbs off of several trees and made the entrance to the roof explode. She couldn't believe what was going on. Who, or what, was this creature.
It leapt at her again, but she was ready, pulling out her pole, she swung it around in a deadly circle, the ion blade out and cuttng the creature in half.
It continued to step, and the waist attached the top and lower halves again as it jumped, kicking at the super fem with a flurry of kicks. She blocked several with her arms and leapt back, thrusting her pole out to force the creature back. She couldn't believe it, she had just carved it in half with the ion blade, it shouldn't even be upright anymore.
It laughed again, and shot it's beam again at her. She dodged the attack, and then felt as the beam ripped through her shoulder as it bounced back at her. She screamed in pain and fell to a knee, gripping the wound. She looked behind her and saw a floating mirror. When did that get there!?
The device floated back to the red dressed creature, and she heard that familiar laughter again. The mirror went horisontal, and the creature leapt on it, sinking into the glass. the mirror vanished in an instant.
Pink Diamond stood up, looking around the garden. What just happened, where did it go? She thought for a moment that it might have been a dream, an illusion, but had cleared that out of her thought process when she hissed at the claw wounds and the thin hole in her shoulder burning in pain.
She turned her head around the garden, trying to find the attacker or it's mirror with no luck. What was that thing?
Suddenly, right behind the doeful damsel, the mirror appeared upright. A slim claw appeared from it, materializing as if from under water, the blue thin ray firing instantly. Pink Diamond cried out as the beam passed through her midsection, pushing her forward a foot. She turned in time to see the whole of the creature spear out of the glass surface of the ancient looking mirror. It landed on one foot, twirling it to kick her on the side, then leapt into a spin and crossed it's foot against her muzzle, causing her to twist and spit out blood. It landed and raked it's claws up across her side, stomach and chest, lifting the fem in the air in a twirl until she hit the ground in a bloody heap.
She looked up, seeing the insane wide gaze stare her down and heard it's crazy laugh.
It pointed it's finger at her, ready to finish her off, when suddenly a green snake male appeared as if from a mist in the blackness of night, his body in a strange position and his palm jutted outward into the creature's back.
It shrieked in a terrible sound and then leapt away.
"Paranoia! Have reason!" The snake shouted until the creature dived into the mirror again, which vanished before anything else could be done.
Pink Diamond tried to rise, but could only look up as the snake approached. His hair was spiked up and black, the back long and down to his shoulders. His skin was lime green with a yellow underbelly. He wore all black: fishnet, a muscle shirt, long fingerless gloves, baggy pants and sandals. His eyes were blocked by a pair of small yellow sunglasses, the slitted pupils staring at her predatorially for a fraction of a second.
Her communicator turned on suddenly, Lady Liberty's voice on the other side. -Pink Diamond! What happened. Damnit, Sakajawey, where are you? I lost you for a moment, are you alright?-
The snake smiled and bent down, lifting up the communicator before Pink Diamond could grab for it. He brought it closer to him and spoke.
"All's well. Your sister's hurt bad, though. Paranoia escaped."
-Wha-What the hell? Who is this? Where's Pink Diamond!?-
He laughed, something Sakajawey couldn't help but suddenly like. What was up with this guy? who was he?
"I'm Dante Savitarus, just so you know, Lady Liberty. I'm taking Pink Diamond to a place to heal." He said with a smile, glancing down at the doe. "Over and out."
-Hey! wait a minute! You can't jus- Her voice was cut off as the snake turned the communicator off.
"Protective, but a little overbearing, don't you think so?" Dante asked Pink Diamond as his scaley hand brushed against the doe's cheek.
Before she could respond at all, everything went black.
