At a Premier Inn a few miles out of town. I know, the glamour is almost overwhelming. =;)
What day are you getting there?
Friday, some time in the late afternoon. Depends on the trains.
Who will you be with?
No-one. (Aww.) Though I may bump into people on the way.
Do you do free art or trades?
I'm not an artist, I'm afraid.
Do you do commissions/badges?
See above.
Do you have prints/CDs?
Why do I get the feeling this started life as an art meme? I have quite a lot of CDs. They have music on. =:P
What suit(s) will you have?
"Suit"? What is this, furry? Cosplay isn't really my thing, so just some vaguely ponyish shirt. Probably with a cutie mark-based design.
Can I dance with you?
Hahahahaha. Ha. Put it this way: Twilight would be complimented for being so much better a dancer than me. Twilight.
You're talking to someone, and I would like to say hi, but don't know how, what can I do?
Stand around feeling awkward. That's what I do. Seriously, though, if you do hang around for a little while I'll get the idea. That said, I'll probably assume you want to talk to the other person, who is almost certain to be more interesting than I am.

How old are you?
Older than the show's target audience. By some distance.
How tall are you?
5 foot 11. You're not going to recognise me that way!
Are you mated?
Young mare, this is not that kind of party. (Besides, the phrase you're looking for is "very special somepony".)
Can I touch you?
If it's to give me large quantities of money, sure. =;)
Can I talk to you?
Certainly! I'm usually a bit too shy to start a conversation, but I can respond to someone else doing it much better. I'd actually be really happy to be talked to.
Can I hug you?
Within reason, yes. I'd prefer not to be unwittingly glomped out of nowhere, but hugs are fine if I have some idea they're going to happen.
Can I take your photo?
Probably, provided I know about it in advance -- but I can't imagine why you'd want to, as I won't be cosplaying.
Can I buy you lots of drinks?
Of course, but non-alcoholic ones only please.
Do you drink alcohol/smoke?
I've never smoked and actively dislike cigarette smoke. I do drink a little, but I don't need alcohol to enjoy myself and may well do without it during the con.
Can I give you lots of money?
You can, but it would be better if you used that money to buy me something Fluttershy- or Scootaloo-related and gave me that. =;)
Can I hug or snuggle with you?
Why do memes always repeat themselves? Anyway, as above: your standard hug of greetingness is fine if I have some idea it's coming. Snuggles aren't really my thing, with a very few exceptions.
Can we hang out?
If you want to be bored out of your mind, sure. Also, be warned that I may be tempted to "sing" (quotes deliberate).
Are you nice?
I do try to be. I probably don't always succeed, but I will do my best. I also try to be kind, since Fluttershy demands it.

It looks like I'll spend a lot of time in the auditorium, but as I've not done this before it could end up being anywhere.
Other cons you may go to?
There's a small chance (and it really is small) that I might go to PonyCon next month. Realistically, it'll be BUCK 2014.
