Dear all commissioner.
First i want to apologize to all comissioner for delayed.

just want to say that its because my PC hardrive got problem, so its repaired and have to recover the data back (yes, the commissions data), and i cant fully use the computer.
maybe its because some shake or it hit something when i bring the PC move to another city.

i know i can inform you with journal or something with another PC in netcafe or cellphone, but i found that i'm too lazy and stress to write it as soon as my PC broken.
my bad habit.... i really, really apologize for that.

i am sure my commissioner feel mad because of this and i understand that.
i found many notes from you, that i will check soon (i dont check it yet when i'm write this journal)



anyway, now the data is back at least, even some are missing but its fine, just got a little problem with scanner, etc, but it will done soon.
i'll contact any commisioner again in a couple day, by PM or mail. but for now, i just want to check the notes first.
