How about utilizing Flash to make them interactive to allow all to be shown in a single file?

Click on an option and it changes the picture.

That was my original thought too, though my Flash scripting is REAAALLLLY rusty. Also, last time I tried, the flash file was ginormous! But, it still might be my best bet!

What about doing the FA uploading glitch.
Upload a file, the re-submit/change the file and upload the bigger image with all the multiple poses and multiple outfits/accouterments. that way its all in one place ^^

Hah, it'd probably break the site! I'd have to line up 108 different images next to each other in a file. Though it would definitely be the simplest solution!

depends on how big the images are, i mean you could sort them in groups of 12 then upload them, do 3x4 grid that way you upload 9 images.
12 x 9 = 108. if you make the images in between 2000x3000 - 3000x4000 (about 700-1000x700-1000px per image, shrink them a bit) that way it won't break fa too much ^^
