Personally, I don't think fictional incest crosses the line.

Currently, all the fetishes prohibited in Rule 4 are things that many people find visually repulsive. This makes sense to me. For example, if watersports happens to gross you out, you can't look at a watersports pic and just pretend the pee isn't there. You're going to see it, it's going to bother you.

This is not true of incest art. There the hang-up is all in the accompanying narrative. For example, in the comic you posted, all you'd need to do is swap "brother" for "roommate" in the text and voila - it's not incest anymore! To me that seems like a weird thing to ban. I mean... a comic that would be standard, mainstream ENF hotness but for one word? Is that really so hard to tolerate? A single, easily swappable component of the imaginary context of a supplemental story?

You do have some good points. I hadn't even thought of the difference between visual repulsion and conceptual/narrative repulsion when I was making that list. I just made it according to the kinds of things I thought that people would most likely not want to see, ha.

I don't get why incest should be disallowed (or why it's such a big deal) but then I'm biased, I was in a consenting relationship with my sister when I was younger, and really don't see the big deal. If you're speaking about the entire series, though, then yes I'd say it breaks your rule. It -is- an extreme fetish for a lot of folks.

If you mean just -this- page of the comic, there's no incest here. Just a vague title that might mean something, might not. Sure, someone with incest on the brain might think it's going that way but then who are they to be getting offended about it?

Well, I can understand why it's a big deal to so many people. For some it's a simple gut revulsion reaction attributable to the Westermarck Effect, while for other's it's a trigger, a reminder of something coercive and abusive from their past. So I do prefer to err on the side of sensitivity to those factors.

You do have a good point though. I shall have to ponder.

Yeah that IS one of the reasons I didn't put it on the NO list right from the start. It's a fairly common scenario for embarrassment themed stuff! Mom walking in, etc.

That is a VERY good reason to be opposed to seeing it! That was one of the reasons I wasn't sure. I don't want there to be any potentially triggering material on here.
