I would rather not leave if I don't have to, but if I don't get my main account back, I'm not making a new main. I've been "stokerbramwell" from day one in the furry scene and I'm not ditching that screen name on this site.

From what I understand you can still get your account back. You just need to contact one of the admins.

But where will we go to get our deliciously naked and embarrassed furries? Are you gonna set up shop on Ink Bunny or Wyesal, or the Furrynetwork? If that were the case you very well might be able to use one of those porting programs...

I had considered setting up on one of the other sites, yes. In fact I'd been planning to mirror onto them if nothing else.

But I so love this group.

If I do decide to pack it in here, I intend to revive our group on another platform. But that's only IF I decide.

Lots of people didn't bother to keep their e-mail addresses up to date, lots of people had the same problem because of it, the administration is apparently fixing these problems in a timely manner once contacted.

I have actually contacted them and am still waiting on a reply. The problem is, I am 100% certain that I know which email address was associated with my main account. Just to be thorough, though, I tried every email address, new or old or defunct, that I can ever remember having. None of them worked. I think, frankly, that some database information might have been deleted or otherwise lost during the hack or during some other backup or maintenance on the site. And if that is the case, and if they refuse to let me back into my main account without an email, then this time I am done for good.

Of course, maybe they will let me back in. Who can say? I'm still waiting on the response.

I have been there before. Try sending a ticket (go to My FA and Report a problem). You may have more luck than I did. Still, spreading your art/commissions over a couple of sites may be a good idea, even if it is a pain in the butt.

Well, I've been doing that for a while anyway. I was a part of the furry scene long before there was an FA.

I hope you get your main account back. Losing your main account sucks. And not in a good way.

I've heard of other people getting their account back even with outdated email addresses so I assume that they'll get to you eventually. I have an older acccount that I used solely for watching that I'm still waiting to hear back on, but obviously it's less of an issue for me if I don't get back into that one.

Yeah, perhaps I'm just being impatient. I'll give it a few more days and see.

I know! It's so crazy how a lot of people are losing their names depending on emails and stuff. D: But I'm sure they're overwhelmed with 100s of people right now and'll get to ya once they can. :3

hoping it wont come to that, but I will understand if you do wish to leave. This site has many, MANY issues that are downright maddening. If you do decide to sally off then I'll be sure to follow ya on the other sites.

I'm a little surprised at how long it's taking them to get back to me. I know people who got responses IMMEDIATELY. Makes me wondering exactly how this queue is being handled.
