Do any of you have this tendency to eat something before bed, but if you don't, then you wake up at like... 3am with the weirdest cravings? I haven't slept yet because of such a thing. Cheese hotdogs and water tonight... at least it's nicer than some other cravings. A food journal would be crazy. Last night it was peanut butter and milk.
