Art is going slooooow.... not because I'm uninspired or in an artblock, I am quite the opposite. Inspiration is overflowing! But, because my hands are being complete sons of b*****s! I have carpal tunnel syndrome (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Carpal.....unnel_syndrome) which causes me a good deal of pain and discomfort. Whenever I work with nitpicky things like sewing or sculpting, my hands fall asleep! Aaah! This is very annoying, and has gotten a lot worse the last year.
I am currently on a waiting list for surgery, which could be as late as 6 months from now on, but hopefully before Christmas. THEREFORE, as I am in school and all, dolls will take longer for me to make, and whenever I have fixed my hands I am not allowed to work with anything for quite some time. Which sucks, but it is definitely for the better.
