I am still hurting from the big lie that an ex friend of mine told...

I feel so hurt by what happen and I feel like I am going to have issues of trusting people and letting people in so easily like I use to...

I don't know what to do because this ex friend was really there when I needed them the most in my dark hours but to be "thrown under the bus"... I just don't know what to do.

Plus the fact he not only he broke my trust but the trust of someone else too. I honestly can't bring myself to hate anyone or even try to stay mad at someone....
