Well, for the most its a good review but still have a few things to work on. My sleep therapy (CPAP) has been going ok though some nights have been better than others. Been seeing a decent result though with more energy from less sleep. Cholesterol numbers were still off but my doc said those should keep getting better as I am on meds for it and with losing some weight (hopefully) it should get better. One of my liver tests is elevated slightly and he didn't seem concerned and said it was due to my fatty liver which I do have (as verified in an earlier ultrasound). Blood glucose was 105 fasting which is higher than it should be but think that should get fixed with weight too.

Got a few new meds this time to try and help me get my mood up and weight down. Decided to go back on Wellbutrin again as it helped me many years ago and I feel I just need a little help in that department. While I may feel better, my mood isn't that often so hoping it helps some again. Also got some topiramate which should help with appetite some. have been trying to eat a bit less but just need a little extra help there as well. Not sure how some of this stuff may go but happy as I am trying to get stuff worked on while I have a pretty good medical plan.

That's about it. Looking forward to this weekend as the weather looks awesome and I plan to be outside!
