Leather Mask Making

Does anyone know of any good resources, tips or tutorials for leather mask making? I need more productive hobbies and tasks than drawing these days, something with a 3-D outcome and Halloween is just around the corner!

I've done some leather work but never a mask. I might be able to answer some questions about leather work but not sure any of it will be of much help.

I've done a few if you need some advice. It's generally hard to find- leather workers can be secretive creatures.
