Sketch: $3. Flat price. Up to 4 characters.
Payment:
You may pay me whenever is most convenient for you. However, if you choose to pay AFTER I am done with your piece, there will be a watermark on it, to be removed once I receive payment. The Works in Progress will also have watermarks.
Style:
I will not copy another artist’s style. I am under the assumption that if you commission me, it is because you enjoy my style. I will not change my style to reflect another artist’s. This is insulting and disrespectful to both myself and the other artist.
References:
Please have at least one good reference of your character. If you do not have any art of your character, please provide an in detail description between 3 and 10 sentences. If you have a particular pose in mind please provide a reference for that as well.
Edits:
I will, throughout the drawing process, send you ‘WIPs’, or Works in Progress. While in the sketch, or conceptual stage, you may ask me to make a maximum 2 MAJOR edits and a maximum 3 MINOR edits. A major edit would be change of pose/size/ect, or anything that requires me to re-draw a large portion of the picture. A minor edit would be anything that requires me to re-draw only a small portion of the picture, or just move the character around, such as moving the character/s to the center rather than the side of the picture.
While in the lineart stage, no major edits will be made. You may however ask me to make a maximum 3 more MINOR edits to detail. I will not move the character/s.
While in the flat color stage, you may ask me to make a maximum 3 edits to COLOR ONLY. I will not edit the lines while in this stage. Once I get your approval on the color, I will shade it.
The shaded, or final draft, will NOT be edited. It is the finished product and will be posted.
Time:
Keep in mind that I do have a job, and I am on my feet all day. I am tired and very busy, so it may take a while to get your art done. I will usually give you a date that I will try and have it done by that I feel is doable in accordance to my schedule. Please do not rush me. If you have a specific date you want your art done by, talk to me about it before I agree to take your commission so we can work it out.
By commissioning me you agree to these terms. I reserve the right to refuse service if you do not follow these terms.
