same thing happens with me as well. Someone keeps uploading and then deleting their stuff, both their artwork and journals.... it's rather annoying.

It's probably a mix of people for various reasons, like those removing journals that were in some moment of anger and after they calmed down removed it to reduce drama or or for submissions I've seen some artists posting just long enough for a commissioner to see a WIP or get the piece meant for them and then delete it. I know how aggravating it is though (especially since I've had submissions I couldn't get downloaded before the artist deleted them but got to see the thumbnail ) and I hate that they made it so that not only does the database now leave these big blocks highlighting you missed something but you're expected to waste your time and bandwidth to delete them instead of it being deleted automatically like it was before that month downtime.
