Very nice little half-hour special, if not really a Halloween show (just kinda laden with horror movie tropes), Focusing on Jessie this time, it's a strong enough story I could imagine it expanded into a full movie (or maybe I'm just happy they didn't dip into the standard Toy Story devices of a "disgruntled toy " villain or bringing back Space Ranger Buzz again)
After a brief and violent cameo in the first Toy Story, Combat "totally not a Hasbro product" Carl returns triumphantly (with lil' Carl)
Combat Carl: "Combat Carl never gives up! Combat Carl finds a way, now SAY IT!"
Jessie: "Combat Carl never-"
CC: "YOU'RE NOT COMBAT CARL!"
Also a shout-out to 'Tranzitron', the Transformer/Voltron/Power Ranger/every other 80's Japanese robot mashup guy. I's been waiting for something like that to show up.
It's kinda hilarious to see old-timey film effects cheese recreated in CGI.

Mounties: Are you the manager?
Manager: *covers his tag* No but I'll get him for you. *closes curtain and makes a lot of noise running out of the building through a different door and hijacks the police car turning it on*
Mountie 1: I told you not to leave the keys in the car.
Manager: *backs out & not even 5 seconds crashes into a sign pole backing out and causing it to far on the car then runs out of the car*
Mountie 2: *to walkie-talkie* We got a runner.
XD so funny that last 30 seconds.
Then the next in line cranks up the gravity and crushes you into the ground.
Then the next hits you with a planet.
Then the next hits you with a sun.
Then Pinkie Pie dcecides to join the party and all hell breaks lose.
And I still get called weird by that crew. @.@
