Old commission issues with "Sweet Anika" cleared up

Heya!
Although I'm not really active here in FA these days (though I might post some furry stuff at some point in the future if I happen to draw any), I thought I'd write a journal concerning this thing that happened back in 2007 and how it got resolved.
Back then this person known as "Sweet Anika" (or possibly "Anika Kitten"?) commissioned a picture from me for 30 dollars. It was one of the first commissions I ever did. She didn't pay for the picture. First she made excuses about not being able to pay and then she just ignored me, apparently commissioning other people and either paying or not paying, I can't remember much of it, but the whole thing caused a ruckus. I recall she was even banned from FA, I think. I tried to contact her, but she kept blocking me.
Well, just a few days ago I received some mail from her. She said she was sorry for what happened and paid for the commission. I was positively surprised and I must say I respect her for wanting to pay for that old picture even after all this time.
I just want you guys to know that there are no hard feelings between the two of us.
All the best!

P.S. I was thinking of posting some of my comics online in English at some point (No smut, sorry! I mean the ones I've published in Finland since 2010). I've got a buffer of 600 strips and now I'm mostly just figuring out whether I ought to publish them on my website or in a blog somewhere. I don't really know which is the best way to run a web comics.

Also always good to see you are ALIVE!
And wow, props to them for paying you back even after all this time.
Sometimes people do turn over a new leaf =]
Also, is great to hear from you again :D! Call it a coincidence, but this week i was thinking about you... and couldnt remember your nick around to check your stuff again DX!
Hope to see you more around, or a lil bit... and hope everything going good to you :3!
Still, it's great to hear that things have resolved better for you than thought, and that you are still doing alright. *hugs and gives a watermelon* I hope things go well for you, and that you have much luck with your artwork~
Also, sure, I'd be interested in seeing the comic.
Gosh, time flies. These days I've actually got my own lawyer who reads my contracts for me and keeps an eye on my royalties and tax issues. It's... crazy. I never thought I'd make a real career in this industry.
ALSO HOLY COW YOU'RE ALIVE.
Please, whatever resource you use (wow, 600 pages) please post at least the first page as a teaser with links and stuff, please pretty pleqase with a cherry on top?
Good of you to resolve that issue btw.
I did manage to slip a little bit of translated stuff to a book agent in UK, but unfortunately the agency (apparently) went bankrupt.
You've been honest about not checking FA often - I'm flattered that you responded at all. Thank you for the link!
