On the Lookout for a card alter artist

Heya Cool people!
I am in the market for someone who knows how to alter trading cards, specifically Magic: The Gathering cards. Want to get a gift for a good friend of mine, and I think an alter of some of his favorite cards would be really sweet! I'd ship the cards to whoever was doing them, pay for shipping back of course. I know some alter artists I can probably get on the list of, but I'd love to get a fur some business and see what kind of great talent FA has. If you guys know anyone or do alters yourself, let me know!
