Hello all.

Though most everyone doesn't really expect me to be one to commission much of anything, over the past few weeks I've been working with a team of artists to produce a big passion project of mine that fuses my longtime appreciation for the furry scene into one of my latest digs, playing cards.

In development right now is a set of 52+2 playing cards featuring a complete court plus custom aces, pips, and a card back, featuring good friends of mine in stylized form gracing the face cards. The deck uses the 'Poker Style' 4-color finish instead of the traditional 2-color black and red, a preference of mine I have because I intend to use these to throw down on the card table once completed. Currently the deck is, I would say, perhaps about 60% of the way to completion, with more art pieces trickling in every day bringing us closer and closer to the full 52+2! The current plan is to, upon the deck's completion, use a reputable small-batch card printer site (MakePlayingCards is one I have used before to good results) to bring the deck to life in physical, paper form. I plan to use their linen-crushed paper stock, a stock that handles really well for things like cardistry and dealing over long tables with a felt.

At this time, I am not planning on mass-producing the deck for general sale, but will likely take orders from anyone who wants one once the deck is complete. Let me know down below if you might want one so I know roughly how many to print! You don’t have to commit, but I’d love having a count of who might at least be interested.
