General Policies
If revocable permissions to personal use of my art are presented to you (the customer) by I (DeliriumdB), these guidelines must be respected. You are not permitted to claim any art by myself, as your own. I retain all rights to the art. Proper credit MUST be given. Follow the terms and policies wisely.
Permissions- Permissions to work by I, (DeliriumdB) is your way of receiving a free or purchased right to use my art. You do not receive ownership of any of my work. Permissions may be revoked if these terms are not followed.
I, (DeliriumdB) reserve the right to make changes to the T.O.S at any given time. Please refer to the T.O.S periodically for any given changes.
By proceeding to purchase or receive any art by I, (DeliriumdB) you indicate that you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
(Re)Distribution
Any work created by I, (DeliriumdB) may NOT be distributed anywhere without my given consent first. This includes all work whether or not it is W.I.P. or completed such as digital and traditional formats of work produced by myself. So until my given approval, you may not in any way give permissions of my creations to anyone.
If desired to upload work created by myself to another site or such you may do so as long as you have permissions to the art by I, (DeliriumdB)
Refunds and Payment
I accept absolutely no refunds. Unless it were absolutely necessary because I could not complete the work within a reasonable amount of time. Once I receive payment, if you decide to change your mind you will not be given a refund. If you decide you dislike or no longer wish to have the permission to the art, that is fine by me. However, refunds once again will not be received.
Payment must be received first before permissions are received. This applies to commissions, and premades and other forms of payed for work. When dealing with free permissions (freebies, free customs, etc), no payment must be received so within that circumstance, permissions will be received with my written allowance.
Modifications
Modding is allowed to my work as long as full credit is still given and the work is still recognizable.
If it comes to my attention that any of these terms are not being respected or followed, I will notify you (the customer) of this. If changes are not made, I reserve the right to revoke all rights to the work and you will no longer have permissions for that work. The terms are to be respected. If copyrights or watermarks are on any piece of work, they may not be removed without my notification and acceptance first. If you are confused or unclear on any information provided within this T.O.S please do not hesitate to inform me of your concerns (Skype: EngelEquiinox, or PM/Shout!). Or even an email at Equiinox[at]hotmail.ca (resource is checked the least, however). I apologize if I do not respond right away, but I assure you I will do my best.
